Creative Designer & Brand Content Lead (Hybrid Role)

Are you a senior creative with sharp design instincts, strategic marketing acumen, and a passion for health and wellness? Neomerit is looking for a versatile and experienced professional to take full creative ownership of our brands, content direction, and product communication across all platforms..

This is a mid–senior hybrid role, combining design execution with creative thinking, campaign development, and digital brand storytelling. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end content and product experience — from idea to implementation.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of flyers, brochures, labels, product mockups, ads, and social media visual

• Manage branding consistency across multiple companies and platfo

• Collaborate on product ideation, marketing strategy, and go-to-market co

ntnt

• Build and manage shoppable product displays on websites/social media (with Shopify or similar integr

atins)

• Edit and publish video content, launch teasers, promotional reels, and produc

t stries

• Translate ideas into functional, on-brand content for various health-focuse

d audences

• Oversee e-commerce presentation, web visuals, and content flow for all new pro

duct lunches

• Support NGO branding efforts (e.g. advocacy campaign materials, pitch decks, donor out

reach isuals

)

Requrements:

• 2years + of professional experience in creative direction, branding, or digit

al conten strategy

• Strong portfolio showing diverse branding work across health, wellness,

or consumr products

• Excellent design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator,

Canva Pro, igma, etc.)

• Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pr

o, CapCut Pr, Final Cut)

• Strong grasp of brand storytelling, product market

ing, and audince targeting

• Familiarity with social media strategy across TikTok,

Instagram, Faebook, YouTube

• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platfor

ms (e.g., Shopiy, WooCommerce)

• Must be based in Abuja or willing to work in

a hybrid physicl/remote setup.
